
Since September 2018, I have had the privilege of serving at the Dhammathali Vipassana Centre. This role has been a source of immense joy and fulfillment, and I am eager to take my contribution to the next level. With the centre conducting frequent 10-day residential meditation courses and serving an average of 5,000 students annually, I have gained extensive experience in managing various aspects of our operations. I am confident that my skills and dedication can significantly enhance the centre’s mission.

Responsibilities and Achievements
1. Single Point of Contact for the Office:
- Act as the primary liaison for all office-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
2. Handling Queries and Communication:
- Manage student applications and respond to course-related queries through various communication channels including phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide detailed information about the centre, its courses, and policies to prospective and current students.
3. Technological Support:
- Oversee the technological needs of the centre, including Point of Sale (POS) systems, computers, and other machines, especially on Zero Days and Metta Days.
- Regularly maintain and update the centre’s computers, tablets, Dhamma servers, printers, and internet devices.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
- Manage the C-Forms portal, ensuring timely submission and reporting to the police station in compliance with local regulations.
5. Support to Office Staff and Dhamma Servers:
- Provide ongoing assistance to the office staff and long-term/short-term Dhamma Servers (DSs), facilitating a supportive and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate and support the activities of old students who wish to serve the centre, leveraging their skills and enthusiasm for various projects and tasks.
